About Us

ARC Enterprises, dba Old World Construction, is a a full service demolition company owned by Nylene and Caleb Eby. Our specialty is salvaging what we term as "antique lumber". We wholesale beams and boards in the condition they are removed or machined to meet customer specifications. We also dismantle and reconstruct antique barns and houses.

We own a fleet of heavy equipment that most of our competitors rent or hire a subcontractor to perform. We try to operate efficiently with minimal overhead costs. Owning equipment enables us to perform emergency demolition or projects that have time constraints.
