Oak and Brick House
We are offering for sale this mansion built circa 1922 by Virginian Senator Nelson for $1 obo. We have the original set of signed and stamped blueprints. The house is in excellent condition and is built with a very unique custom brick. The roof is covered with a Spanish tile like commonly seen on Southern homes. The home is furnished with mahogany doors and trim. This home is needs to be removed for a development project. Old World Construction currently owns this house and is offering to move and rebuild this on your property. We are continuing to research the history surrounding this home add will update our website regularly.

Brick Barn
The barn in the attached pictures measures 50' x 78' It is perfect condition. All the timbers are hand planed oak. We can rebuild it with the original patterns in the brick and with the large limestone rock in the foundation.

Fortenberry Barn measures at 50'x60'. All the timbers are hand hewn oak the barn is in very good condition.

Oak Timber Frame Barn 1 measures at 36'x76.' All the timbers are hand hewn oak many of the timbers are 11-12" wide timber is in very good condition. this barn would easily adapt to 36'x58' footprint

Oak Timber Frame Barn 2 measures at 35'x52'. The timbers are rough sawn oak, take special notice to how the vertical posts are tapered wide at the top with very nice joinery.
